Managed hosting terms

These are the terms under which gofasterwith.ai (gofasterwith.ai Ltd, registered in England and Wales as company 17163921) provides managed hosting on our infrastructure. By clicking Pay on a managed hosting proposal you accept these terms for the duration of your subscription.

1. What you get

Hosting of your website on our infrastructure, including TLS, DNS routing where you delegate it to us, daily backups retained for thirty days, monitoring during UK business hours, and a direct support email with a same-business-day response target. Routine framework, runtime and dependency updates are applied during scheduled maintenance windows.

The above is the Basic baseline. Plans above Basic (currently Standard+) add features named on your proposal at the point you accept it, for example a faster response target, an included monthly hour for small changes or content edits, and a monthly health summary email. The added features sit on top of the baseline above and are governed by the same terms.

2. Fee and billing

The monthly fee is the figure shown on your proposal at the point you click Pay. Stripe collects payment by card on file at the start of each calendar month and sends the receipt directly to the email address on the proposal. If a payment fails, we will retry once and then contact you.

3. Scheduled maintenance

We aim to perform routine maintenance outside UK business hours and post any planned downtime to the address on file at least seventy-two hours in advance. Emergency maintenance, such as urgent security patches, may happen with shorter notice; we will always tell you afterwards what was done and why.

4. What is not included

New features, redesigns, content changes, and bespoke integrations are not part of managed hosting. They are scoped and quoted separately. If you ask us to change something on your site as part of hosting and the change takes more than fifteen minutes, we will tell you before doing the work and quote a fixed fee.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing founders@gofasterwith.ai. We stop billing from the next monthly cycle. Your site will remain hosted to the end of the period you have already paid for. We will provide a final backup on request.

6. Price changes

We may change the monthly fee with at least thirty days written notice to the email address on file. If you do not accept the new price you can cancel before it takes effect and continue at the existing price to the end of the current month.

7. Liability

Our total aggregate liability under this hosting service in any twelve-month period is capped at the monthly fees you have paid us in the same period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Data protection

Where managed hosting involves us processing personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor under UK GDPR. The processing is documented in our standard data processing terms, available on request at privacy@gofasterwith.ai. Where the hosted site does not process personal data beyond access logs, the data processing terms do not apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
