Which product is right for my business?

About half of businesses we work with go straight to a Quick Win after reading the report; the other half pilot something first.
Do you offer fixed-price engagements?
Yes. The Quick Win, Pilot and Document Processing Setup are all fixed price within a defined scope. We agree the success criteria and the deliverables upfront. CRM Integration is fixed price once we have completed a free scoping conversation, because the cost depends on how many systems are involved.
What happens after a Quick Win or Pilot?
We hand it over with documentation, owner training, and a 30-day support window. You can run it yourself, ask us to maintain it on a monthly retainer, or extend into the next opportunity. About 70 percent of clients move on to a second engagement; we are happy either way.
Are these products only for UK businesses?
Primarily yes. We are based in the UK, we work in UK time zones, and we know UK GDPR and ICO requirements. We have worked with businesses elsewhere in Europe and one in the US, but the products are designed and priced for UK small and mid-sized businesses.
