These terms cover your use of the gofasterwith.ai website (gofasterwith.ai and any subdomains). They do not govern paid engagements with us. Paid work is covered by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work that we agree in writing before any billable work starts.

Accepting these terms

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to:

• read our content and case studies;
• request our free AI Opportunity Report;
• book a discovery call;
• send us a message or start a conversation; and
• link to pages on the site from your own site, so long as the link is honest and not misleading.

You must not use the site to:

• break the law or encourage anyone else to;
• scrape, spider, copy, frame, or systematically republish any part of the site, other than a reasonable amount of public content quoted with a clear link back to the original;
• interfere with the site's operation, try to bypass security measures (including our bot-protection tool), or probe for vulnerabilities without our permission;
• submit false, misleading, or third-party information through any form without that person's consent;
• use the free AI Opportunity Report tool to generate reports for resale or at a scale that is plainly not for a single business; or
• upload anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful.

We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or remove submissions that breach these terms, without notice.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its code, the written content, the photographs and illustrations, the case studies, the blog posts, and the gofasterwith.ai name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the site for its intended purpose.

You may share short quotations (up to roughly 75 words) with a clear, visible link back to the source page. Anything beyond that requires our written permission. You may not copy our layouts, code, or templates for use on another site.

Open-source components used on the site are governed by their own licences.

Things you submit to us

When you submit information through a form on the site (your details, answers for the AI Opportunity Report, a message, a booking) you confirm that you are authorised to share that information. We handle what you submit under our Privacy policy. You grant us permission to use the information to respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and improve our services.

AI-generated content

The free AI Opportunity Report is generated by an AI model based on the answers you provide. It is our considered starting point, not a guarantee of outcomes. You should review it with your own judgement, and where it touches legal, tax, or regulatory matters, take professional advice. We describe which AI provider we use in our Privacy policy.

General information only

Content on the site, including case studies, blog posts, and landing pages, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your specific circumstances. You should not rely on it for decisions that matter to your business. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the site.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party websites and services (for example, directories, tools, client sites in case studies). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices. A link from us is not an endorsement.

Availability

If you have a paid engagement with us, liability for that engagement is governed by the Master Services Agreement we have signed with you and is not affected by the limit in this section.

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim, loss, damage, or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your part of the UK.
